Vendor Conference Hours
The vendor rooms will be open during regular conference hours:
- Wednesday Hours: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday Hours: 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Table Exhibits Schedule

Setup Windows:
- Tuesday, August 25th, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, August 26th, 07:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
- Setup Deadline: Table exhibits are to be set up by noon on Wednesday, August 26th.
- Teardown Window: Table exhibits may be taken down after the last break on Thursday, August 27th, 2025.
Ambulance Display Regulations
- Hall Entry Schedule: Ambulances may begin to enter the hall on Tuesday, August 25th at 1:00 PM and plan to be completed by 7:00 PM.
- Fire Code Fuel Restriction: The inside ambulances must have ΒΌ tank of fuel or less per fire code.
- Departure Schedule: Ambulances may depart after the last speaker presentation on Thursday, August 27th, 2026 at about 5:00 PM.
Action Required: Please let donnybear@dicksoncountytn.gov know when you plan to be on site for entry along with your contact information.
