Nomination for East Tennessee Grand Survey
Section II-Terms of Directors:
- Regional Representative: The terms of the Regional Representative shall be three years and they shall be elected for staggered terms as hereinafter provided. The regional Representative shall be from a TASA member service in good standing and work within the region they represent. Each of the Directors, other than the officers, shall represent one of the three Grand Divisions of the State of Tennessee. A vacancy in the office of Director shall be filled by the Board of Directors for the unexpired term.
