Description
- Sponsorship is for the 2026 calendar year and includes both conferences. 2026 TASA Mid Winter Leadership Conference, February 18-20, 2026 and 2026 TASA Reimbursement/Compliance Conference, August 26, 27, 2026.
- Company logo on the TASA website all throughout the year under the Silver Sponsor section (ten available)
- Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Silver Sponsor section). The size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship level.
- Two meal tickets for the banquet at the Mid-Winter Conference
- Recognition in the exhibit hall with signage as a Silver Level Sponsor
- 1/4 page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference
- Booth Space (one booth with one table and two chairs)
- additional tables are $200.00 (max. 1 extra table per vendor)
- TASA Sponsorship vendors receive first choice – all others are assigned by the Vendor Committee Chairman. If you have a special request for your booth location, please email vendor@tennesseeambulance.com
- Mid-Winter Leadership Conference details:

- Vendor set-up will begin at 3 pm Tuesday, February 17, 2026 and February 18, 2026 from 0700-12.
- Ambulance/vehicle set-up will begin at 1 pm Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
- Tear Down will be on Friday, February 20, 2026 after last break. Conference ends at noon on Friday.
