Annual Revenue Reporting

June 15, 2021: TennCare is implementing a web portal for reporting required annual revenue reports for the Ground Ambulance Assessment Program. This portal may also become the source for collecting quarterly transport data.

If you have not enrolled in the web portal access – please do so ASAP. You’ll need to complete the Web Portal Registration Form and email it to TNEMT@mslc.com

Step #1: Download the Web Portal Registration Form (Download here)
Step #2: Complete the Web Portal Registration Form (identify those users who will be granted access to your service’s data)
Step #3: Email the signed PDf and the completed Excel spreadsheet to TNEMT@mslc.com

Step #4: Watch for confirmation email from Myers & Stauffer – follow instructions

Step #6: Please note that the web portal is not currently active, and as such, you will not be able to log in.
