Diamond Sponsor

Sponsorship is for the calendar year and includes both conferences Company logo on the TASA website all throughout the year under the Diamond Sponsor Section Company logo included on all conference marketing materials under the Diamond Sponsorship section. The size of the logo depends on the amount of marketing items and will be in proportion to the sponsorship level. Company promotional items may be included in the attendee registration packet ( must meet submission deadlines). Your logo will be included in mailouts regarding both conferences as well as any other events that TASA sponsors Four free conference and eight free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference Your logo is displayed in the main speaker room and in the hallways During both conferences, you will have your logo/video clip run on the slide show during breaks, before sessions begin, and while changing setups A whole page spot in the banquet awards program guide for the Mid-Winter conference Full recognition as the sponsor of the awards banquet Your organization will also be an associate member of TASA with standard approval from the board Vendor space at both conferences includes the following: 2 tables and up to 2 inside ambulance spaces Logo on front of the Awards Banquet Program A ten-minute time spot during the awards banquet or main conference if so desired Handout or information packets for the conference bag if desired Special thanks are placed on the website under the conference section
