Sponsorship is for the calendar year and includes both conferences Company logo on the TASA website all throughout the year under the Platinum Sponsor section Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Platinum Sponsor section). Size of the logo depends on the amount of area of the marketing item will be in proportion to the sponsorship level. Company promotional items may be included in the attendee registration packet (Must meet submission deadlines) Four free conference and banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference Full-page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference Associate membership of TASA with standard board approval Recognition in exhibit hall on signage as a Platinum Level Sponsor Vendor Booth space at both conferences 2 tables 1 free ambulance spot inside, additional will be $100 pending available space
