On April 24th the House and Senate Speakers signed HB1837/SB1823 which extends the Ground Ambulance Provider Assessment Act (aka Enhanced Medicaid Reimbursement) through June 30, 2019. This year’s bill was a “clean-up” bill to clarify language and processes while extending the legislation beyond June 30, 2018.
