  • for both conferences- Mid-Winter and Reimbursement conference (per calendar year)
  • Booth Space
    • one booth with one table and two chairs
    • Ambulance space is $400 additional for first vehicle and $200 for second vehicle pending space availability.  Email vendor@tennesseeambulance.com if interested in ambulance space.
    • TASA Sponsorship vendors receive first choice- all others are assigned by the Vendor Committee Chairman.  If you have a special request for your booth location, please email vendor@tennesseeambulance.com
  • two meal tickets for the banquet at Mid-Winter Conference on March 10th, 2021

Mid-Winter Conference March 10-12, 2021, Park Vista Resort, Gatlinburg, TN

Reimbursement Compliance Conference August 11-12th, 2021, Embassy Suites, Murfreesboro, TN

**currently, TASA plans to have conferences in person, the back-up plan is virtual and the cost of the conference fees will remain unchanged whether it is virtual or in-person**

It is the responsibility of the purchasing vendor to contact the conference facility to arrange for Electricity and WiFi.
