Sponsorship Program

Sponsor opportunities are for TWO TASA conferences- The annual Mid-Winter conference (with a target audience of Tennessee EMS Administrators and managers), and the Medical Reimbursement conference (held each fall with target audiences of EMS administrators and EMS medical billers).

Why sponsor or exhibit with the Tennessee Ambulance Service Association (TASA) conferences?

Reach Decision Makers- TASA members are the EMS leaders that make the decisions and have the purchasing power of have the ability to influence purchasing decisions.

Intimate Setting- While both conferences typically have an audience of 200 or less, this smaller focused audience will allow you to spend quality time with Tennessee’s EMS leaders

Who attends TASA Conferences?

Attendees are current and aspiring leaders in Tennessee EMS. The target audiences include:

• Directors/Assistant Directors
• Education Coordinators
• Educators
• Supervisors/ Field Supervisors
• Supply Officers/ Fleet Managers
• Billing Agents
• Quality Improvement Specialists
• Communication Supervisors
• Field Training Officers

Vendor Booth – $1,000

• Booth Space- 6-foot table with one table and two chairs
• Additional tables are $200 (max. 1 extra table per vendor)
• Includes both Reimbursement Conference and Mid-Winter Conference
• Ambulance inside space is $400 additional for first vehicle and $200 for vehicles after that pending space availability
• Two meal tickets for the banquet at the Mid-Winter Conference and lunch on day 2 at the Reimbursement Conference
• TASA Sponsorship vendors receive first choice – all others are assigned by the Vendor Committee Chairman. If you have a special request for your booth location, please email vendor@tennesseeambulance.com
• It is the responsibility of the vendor to contact the conference facility to arrange for electricity and WIFI (if needed).

Sponsorship Levels:

Diamond Sponsor: $10,000 (one available)

• Includes both Reimbursement Conference and Mid-Winter Conference
• Company logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year under the Diamond Sponsor Section
• Company logo included on all conference marketing materials under the Diamond Sponsorship section. Size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship
• Company promotional items may be included in attendee registration packet (must meet submission deadlines).
• Your logo will be included in all the mail outs regarding both conferences as well as any other events that TASA sponsors
• Four free conference vouchers and eight free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference
• Your logo displayed in main speaker room and in the hallways
• During both conferences you will have your logo/video clip ran on the slide show during breaks, before sessions begin and while changing set ups
• A whole page spot in the banquet awards program guide for the Mid-Winter conference
• Full recognition as the sponsor of the awards
• Your organization will also be an associate member of TASA with standard approval from the board
• Vendor space at both conferences along with the following:
  • 2 tables and up to 2 inside ambulance spaces
• Logo on front of the awards banquet program
• A ten-minute time spot during the awards banquet or main conference if so desired
• Handout or information packets for the conference bags if so desired
• Special thanks placed on the web-site under the conference section

Platinum Sponsor – $5,000 (two available)

• Includes both Reimbursement Conference and Mid-Winter Conference
• Company logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year under the Platinum Sponsor section (only two of these are available)
• Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Platinum Sponsor section). Size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship
• Company promotional items may be included in attendee registration packet (Must meet submission deadlines)
• Four free conference and banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference
• Full page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference
• Associate membership of TASA with standard board approval
• Recognition in exhibit hall on signage as a Platinum Level Sponsor
• Vendor space at both conferences along with the following:
  • 2 tables
  • 1 free ambulance spot inside, additional will be $100 pending available

Gold Sponsor – $2,500 (six available)

• Company logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year under the Gold Sponsor section (only six of these are available)
• Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Gold Sponsor section). Size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship
• Company promotional items may be included in attendee registration packet (Must meet submission deadlines)
• Two free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference
• 1/2-page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference
• Associate membership of TASA with standard board approval
• Recognition in exhibit hall on signage as a Gold Level Sponsor
• Vendor space at both conferences along with the following:
  • 2 tables
  • Ambulance indoor space is $200 for first unit and $100 each pending space available

Silver Sponsor – $1,500 (ten available)

• Company logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year under the Silver Sponsor section (only ten of these are available)
• Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Silver Sponsor section). Size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship
• Two free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference
• Recognition in exhibit hall on signage as a Silver Level Sponsor
• 1/4-page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference
• Vendor Booth space at both conferences
  • One table
  • Discounted ambulance inside space is $200 for first and $150 for subsequent pending space available

Lunch Sponsor Mid-Winter Conference– $4,000 (one available)

• This sponsorship is for the lunch at the annual meeting held at the Mid-Winter Conference
• Company logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year as the Mid-Winter Conference Lunch
• Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Lunch Sponsor section). Size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship
• Two free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference
• 1/2-page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference
• Associate membership of TASA with standard board approval
• Recognition in exhibit hall on signage as the Lunch Sponsor
• Signage in the lunch conference area
• Five minutes prior to the start of the lunch if so desired
• Four lunch tickets
• Vendor Booth space at both conferences

Mid-Winter Hospitality Sponsor- $3,000

• This sponsorship is for the “hospitality” and networking events at Mid-Winter
• Company logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year under the Silver Sponsor section
• Company logo displayed at the hospitality
• Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Silver Sponsor section). Size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship
• Two free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference
• Recognition in exhibit hall on signage as a Silver Level Sponsor
• 1/4-page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference
• Vendor Booth space at both conferences
  • One table

Reimbursement Hospitality Sponsor- $3,000

• This sponsorship is for the “hospitality” and networking events at Reimbursement
• Company logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year under the Silver Sponsor section
• Company logo displayed at the hospitality
• Company logo included on all conference marketing materials (under the Silver Sponsor section). Size of the logo depends on the amount of area on marketing item and will be in proportion to the sponsorship
• Two free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference
• Recognition in exhibit hall on signage as a Silver Level Sponsor
• 1/4-page ad in the Awards Banquet Program at the Mid-Winter conference
• Vendor Booth space at both conferences
  • One table

T-shirt Sponsorship (one available)

• This sponsorship is for someone to provide a conference t-shirt for all attendees to the mid- winter conference
• The T-Shirt must be approved by the TASA conference committee and must contain the logos of both TASA and the sponsor, as well as the theme of the
• The cost of this sponsorship is the cost to provide the designated number of T-Shirts for the conference (approximately $2,000)

Giveaway (unlimited)

• This sponsorship is for someone to help sponsor the give-a-ways for each conference
• Whatever the give-a- way is decided upon will determine the cost of this sponsorship
• This sponsorship is not limited to one organization
• Give –a-ways will have both TASA and the sponsor’s logo on them
• If an organization wishes to become a give-a-way sponsor, they can offer a set amount they desire to spend on an item. Items and design will be approved by the TASA conference committee.

Award Sponsor – $1,000 (eight available)

• Sole sponsorship of an award presented at the Mid-Winter
• Company logo will be displayed with any promotions of the sponsored award
• During the award ceremony, sponsor will be recognized and will also assist in the award presentation
• Two award banquet tickets
• Company logo displayed at the awards banquet and in the awards program
• This level of sponsorship is limited and only available when one of the already existing sponsors decides to no longer participate in the awards

Break sponsorship- $500.00 (5 available)

• During the conference break the Giveaway ticket bag will be located at the break sponsor table
• Recognition at the conference announcements pre- and post-sponsored break
